Important
Inner Forecast is a companion for everyday emotions, not a substitute for professional support. If you're going through something serious, please reach out to someone who can help.
Using Inner Forecast
- Use the main slider to choose the weather condition that feels closest.
- Set the intensity to show how strong that condition feels.
- Add a note if you want context later, or skip it.
- Open History to review your logs by calendar day.
- Use the First Aid Kit for short grounding, breathing, and reflection tools.
Notifications
You can enable or disable daily reminders in Settings. If enabled, choose the time you want Inner Forecast to remind you to log. Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device.
If notifications are not appearing, check that notification permission is enabled for Inner Forecast in iOS Settings.
Privacy
Inner Forecast stores your logs and settings on your device. It does not use accounts, analytics, ads, or third-party tracking.
